From March 25 to 27, the Solar & Storage Live Africa was held at the Gallagher Convention Centre. Haitai Solar showcased its high-efficiency PV and energy storage products at Booth H2-E46.
South Africa enjoys more than 2,500 hours of sunshine each year and has rich solar resources. To match local conditions, Haitai Solar highlighted its TOPCon N-type modules at the exhibition. These modules offer strong resistance to sand and dust, high temperatures, and low degradation. They have also passed TÜV Rheinland’s “desert module” certification. This ensures reliable performance in hot and dry environments such as deserts and barren land. In addition, the modules use a double-glass structure. This design improves bifacial power generation and can bring about 3% to 15% extra energy yield. It helps users in Africa gain stable and efficient long-term returns.
For the energy storage sector, Haitai Solar presented its residential energy storage system. The system uses a modular design. It supports both high-voltage and low-voltage battery configurations. Users can expand capacity based on their needs. With a stable and reliable BMS and advanced balancing technology, the system enables smart and precise operation management. The inverter is efficient and cost-effective, with a conversion efficiency of over 97.5%. It also supports parallel connection of multiple units. This meets different power needs and provides a smart home energy solution.
Looking ahead, Haitai Solar will continue its global expansion. The company will stay close to local market needs and keep improving its product range and service system. It aims to bring long-term support to Africa’s energy transition.
