Haitai Solar (Xinghe) New Materials Co., Ltd. was established in 2023, located in Xinghe County, Ulanqab City, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, and is a subsidiary of Tangshan Haitai New Energy Technology Co., Ltd.

The company has built a full-process production line with an annual capacity of 120,000 tons of large-size graphite electrodes and carbon electrodes. Main products and businesses include large-size 1272 and 1320 graphite elec- trodes and carbon electrodes, internal series graphitization furnaces – anode materials, crucible forming, crucible baking, calcining furnaces – high-sulfur coke, etc.The graphite electrode/carbon electrode production line uses petroleum coke as the main raw material and coal tar pitch as the binder. Products are refined through calcining, batching, mixing, forming, baking, graphitization, and ma- chining processes, ensuring excellent performance and meeting market demands.

Product Introduction

Graphite electrodes are high-temperature resistant graphite conductive materials produced through a series of processes including kneading, molding, baking, impregnation, graphitization, and machining, using petroleum coke and needle coke as aggregates and coal tar pitch as a binder. They are widely used in mineral thermal electric furnaces for producing industrial silicon and yellow phosphorus, utilizing heat generated by electric arcs and furnace charge resistance for smelting.
