From June 26 to 28, the SOLAR AFRICA Exhibition was held at the Kenyatta International Convention Centre in Nairobi, Kenya. Haitai Solar showcased its PV and energy storage products, presenting diversified solutions to the market.
Considering the unique geographical conditions of East Africa, Haitai Solar introduced its high-efficiency TOPCon bifacial modules at the exhibition. These TOPCon modules feature lower operating temperatures, longer minority carrier lifetimes, higher efficiency, and reduced thermal losses. Utilizing 0BB technology, the modules ensure more uniform cell stress distribution, reducing the risks of microcracks, broken busbars, and cell breakage. The bifacial glass-glass structure provides excellent mechanical strength and resistance to acid and alkali corrosion, wind and sand erosion, and salt mist, delivering varying power generation gains depending on environmental conditions and system design. This makes them ideal for delivering stable and reliable electricity to remote regions.
In addition, Haitai Solar’s residential energy storage system adopts modular battery packs of 2.56 kWh and 5.12 kWh, equipped with a BMS and advanced balancing technology to achieve intelligent and flexible system operation. The 3 kW single-phase inverter and 15 kW three-phase inverter support multi-machine parallel connections, with a maximum efficiency of ≥97.5%. The system enables seamless zero-time switching between grid and battery power, ensuring a reliable electricity supply.
As an active participant and promoter of the global green energy transition, Haitai Solar will continue to leverage technology as a link and service as a bridge to contribute more innovation and wisdom to Africa’s energy transformation.
