PV EXPO

The 2025 Japan International Solar Photovoltaic Exhibition (PV EXPO) was held in Tokyo from February 19th to 21st. Haitai Solar showcased its latest photovoltaic and energy storage solutions at booth C311-14.

PV EXPO

The vast electricity market in Japan and the continuously growing demand for electricity provide a solid market foundation for the photovoltaic industry. In response to the demand in the Japanese market, Haitai Solar has launched customized photovoltaic and energy storage solutions at this exhibition. In the field of photostatic, Haitai Solar showcases its PV module and mounting products. Haitai adopts 0BB technology, which eliminates the main grid of battery cells, reduces the shading area, shortens the current transmission distance, and lowers the series resistance, thereby reducing power loss. Haitai Solar Components’ full range of products have been shortlisted for the list of enterprises in the photovoltaic manufacturing industry regulated by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology. The products have passed global key market certifications such as TUV, CQC, UL, CSA, CEC, BIS, KS, INMETRO, SII, MCS, etc. Japan has a temperate maritime monsoon climate, which is mild and humid throughout the year. With its excellent corrosion resistance, Haitai Solar Zinc Aluminum Magnesium mounting can easily cope with extreme environments such as humidity and high salt spray in coastal areas of Japan, ensuring the long-term stable operation of photovoltaic systems.

For the energy storage market, Haitai Solar has launched containerized energy storage systems and C&I energy storage systems to meet the needs of different application scenarios. The C&I energy storage system adopts modular design and can be flexibly applied to various occasions. It is equipped with integrated liquid cooled battery PACK, high-precision BMS battery management system, intelligent EMS energy management system, PCS, and fire prevention system to ensure efficient and safe operation of the product. The containerized energy storage system uses high-quality lithium iron phosphate (LFP) batteries with a cycle life of over 6000 times. At the same time, it adopts a comprehensive and multi-level battery protection strategy and fault isolation measures to ensure the safety and stability of the system.

PV EXPO

In the future, Haitai Solar will further deepen its layout in the Japanese market, work with local partners to jointly develop customized renewable energy solutions, promote the application of photovoltaic and energy storage technologies in more scenarios, and inject “Chinese strength” into the global energy transformation.
