On October 9th, Tangshan Haitai New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as “Haitai solar”) and Beijing Heidelberg Foresight Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as “Heidelberg”) held a strategic cooperation signing ceremony at the headquarters of Haitai.
